Ever since I can remember, I have been a competitive person. I have played soccer and swam but my true love came when I was 12 playing baseball. Going to a top ranked high school in baseball, I was exposed to personal training with the school strength trainer and that’s where my love for the gym came from. I found myself also falling in love with the rehab side of fitness after almost tearing a ligament in my arm on 2 separate occasions. I pride myself on being able help those that want to be as competitive as I was when I was younger, and still am, to those that have injuries they want to recover from. I like to look at each individual client and tailor a workout program that can improve their quality of life but also take a look at what biomechanical changes need to occur so injuries do not happen. Being a NASM and ACE certified personal trainer and Golf Fitness Specialist I can see a movement and break it down so we can tackle all your fitness goals and achieve them, no matter how big or small.
I have coached since high school with young kids teaching them to play baseball to high school athletes wanting to improve their strength to a college athlete coming back from injury. I also have experience working with those that have disabilities and wish to improve whatever aspect of life they want.
