Kyle served four years in the Marine Corps as an Aviation Ordnance Technician in Japan. While serving, he found his passion for fitness and working out. He earned his personal training certification through FitOps in 2017, an organization dedicated to providing top-notch hands-on education for Veterans. Kyle is a great listener and isn’t afraid to push clients out of their comfort zone to achieve their goals. He believes in tailoring and adjusting his clients training to build on their strengths and improve their weaknesses, both physical and mental.
