I come from a long-standing background in health and fitness that led me to pursue my degree in Exercise Physiology. My personal fitness journey has brought me many unique opportunities, both professionally and as an athlete. Professionally, I have been blessed to work in spaces with sound coaches and athletes from the most elite tier of competitive bodybuilding, which allowed me to gain experience through mentorships, training clients, and furthering my education with real-world, hands-on experience that has taught me how to walk the walk! As an athlete, my fitness journey found its core in sports at a young age, but my true passion has always been the discipline of the gym and competitive mountain biking. But at some point in my fitness journey, I had to take a step back and ask myself: Why have I spent the last 10+ years 2 hours a day, 6 days a week in the gym? Is it to look good? To feel good? To be healthy? To be strong? Although the answer most definitely is yes to all of the above, I realized my why is much bigger. I want to be a teacher who can help others enjoy the benefits of a fit, healthy body for the rest of their lives. I want to use my body to do incredible things like climb mountains, run races, and take risks that I know I can accomplish, but most importantly, for a legacy! I want my kids to embrace healthy living and lead by example in my household! I want to be able to run with them, play hard, and live a long, healthy life for my family!

You are a unique individual with your own unique life and habits, and for that reason, your plan needs to be unique to you! Your nutrition and training will be custom-built for you based on our initial evaluation. BUT LIKE I SAID, YOU ARE UNIQUE. These plans will adapt and change until they are perfect for you and your lifestyle because the best plan to get you the results you are looking for is a plan that works specifically for you! As your trainer/coach, you can expect next-level accountability through weekly check-ins, open two-way communication, and educational material to help you understand your plans and how to keep your success long-term!
