From a young age I have always been intrigued with health and fitness. I grew up in an active household always playing sports, which led me to being a competitive gymnast, cheerleader, and high school swimmer. I quickly found my love of weightlifting in college and coached myself through my first Women’s bodybuilding competition. In a search for more competition I began training for my first two spartan races, placing in the top 10 of my first 8 mile race. I love a new challenge, creating new goals, and always finding a way to improve as both an athlete and a coach.
Today as a NASM certified personal trainer I coach people to reach their unique goals, unlock their ultimate potential, and find a way to create a healthy balance in everyday life. No two clients are the same and I strive to curate a plan that suits each client personally.
