Growing up I was always a smaller kid. Never really feeling comfortable in my body pushed me to make a change. Not really knowing where to start I joined sports as a way to hang out with my friends and get in better shape. Sports taught me many things but my biggest takeaway was developing the mental fortitude needed to get something done. Also, the community building aspect that is developed from being on a team sharing the same goal. These two things are what have shaped my style of working out. My workouts are challenging but you will finish feeling accomplished as well as a sense of comradery with others. I believe all journeys for an external transformation start internally. I’m here to help you start that process.
