I have always been athletic as I grew up playing JO Volleyball, but really discovered my love for fitness when I started weight training at age 16. During the last 5 years of my fitness journey a lot of friends would ask me what I was doing to get in shape. I decided to become a certified personal trainer in order to make sure I was helping them the right way. It is my goal to continue my education and constantly improve while helping my clients improve and reach their goals.

My main focus is helping clients reach their body composition goals through weight training, to help build lean mass. I want all of my clients to look and feel their best. If you work with me there will be no confusion on how you should structure your nutrition and leave every workout feeling accomplished.
