I have always been an active person throughout my entire life.  From running around kicking a soccer ball and playing football outside with my sisters, to track & field, to baseball; I have always been interested in the human body and pushing its limits.  I spent the majority of my early teens at home scouring the internet for random workouts and anything I could find on working out and the human body.  Fast forward to 2012, I moved to Dallas and became certified through the ISSA as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist.  I started my training career at a well known boxing chain and a small boutique gym in Uptown Dallas.  I competed in and won the Europa Supershow bodybuilding competition in 2013 with the guidance of a great friend and excellent mentor to me in training.  I’ve trained at some of the best, top tier gyms in Dallas and I’ve worked with clients from all walks of life.  From clients with serious health conditions, to clients with partial paralysis, to athletes in high level competitive sports, to everyday people who just want to live a happy, pain free life.  I have the skills to work with just about anyone who needs and wants the challenge.  I’ve certified myself in as many different areas within the fitness world as I can at this point in my life and have a strong passion to continue to delve deeper and deeper into fitness and all of the ins and outs of the human body; trying to become one of the best trainers I possibly can be for my clients and for anyone else who comes my way maybe needing a little advice.  I’ve taken the 15+ years of knowledge I have of researching, certifying, being an independent trainer, boxing and Muay Thai coach, group training coach, and sports performance specialist and combined them to give my clients a truly unique experience I believe they won’t find anywhere else.  My goal for every client, whether young or old, athlete or regular Joe, injured or completely healthy, is to keep them performing at their absolute best every single day and to make sure they will be strong and resilient in their every day activities, whatever those may be.
