I got into health and fitness because it gave me the ability to directly impact and empower someone in a very hands-on way. My training style was born from my early obsession with athletics in school. Most hated strength and conditioning days, but I always loved the challenge. From the age of 15, I’ve been throwing around heavy things and there’s nothing I love more. Strength training has proven to be one of the most beneficial ways to reach almost any health and fitness goal. There is nothing that can both challenge and transform the brain and the body like strength training. The stigma around it can scare some away, particularly women, but I’m here to guide you through it the right way. I take a very comprehensive approach to my training. I provide progressive programming and nutrition coaching to ingrain a healthy, and most importantly sustainable lifestyle for my clients. I make it a point to educate my clients every session. Education is the key to building sustainable health. You need to know the why to the what.

My utmost passion in life is to empower women to be the strongest version of themselves, mentally and physically. I believe we have much more autonomy over our lives, health, and happiness than we choose to acknowledge; and I find the pursuit of health and fitness to be one of, if not, the most instrumental things one can do to improve their quality of life. I have seen firsthand, through myself and the clients I’ve served, the impact prioritizing health can make in every aspect of our being.
