Born in Mexico, my family had more waterskiing and wakeboarding titles than I could count; I became quickly immersed in water and fitness from a young age. When I moved to the United States, I partook in Muay Thai, boxing, wakeboarding, waterskiing, wrestling, track and field, CrossFit, and competed in gymnastics. After spending a year abroad in Paris, I realized that learning journalism and communications wasn’t my calling. Now, I study kinesiology and nutrition.
The world of fitness has always felt unnecessarily complex and saturated with quick fixes and underdelivered promises. I want to provide support and guidance in a world where fitness seems too daunting to approach. I want to show how intentional training is not just a means to an end. It is a source of liveliness and resilience.
My style of coaching comes from tried and true high-intensity training principles. High intensity, low volume, plentiful recovery, sustainable results. This training style is a clear path toward improving your strength, muscle size, and aesthetics, all while mitigating overtraining and nagging injuries.
When not in the gym, I like to read the classics, drink espresso, and throw paint on canvas.
