BOARDING SCHOOL

Monday
Boarding School is similar to Pilates but utilizes a Heroboard which is the smoothest, strongest, and most stable moving exercise platform on the market. This full body workout is 45 minutes long and will consist of challenging functional movements that focus on improving balance, mobility, flexibility, and core strength. Let’s get COREDinated!

DROPOUT

Tuesday
Lower Body focused class designed to build strength and muscle through compound movements. We utilize all kinds of different equipment and you’re guaranteed to get those glutes burning. Moderate to High Intensity.

ISS

Wednesday
Full Body Workout that will test your boundaries. This class is a combination of strength, cardio, and plyometrics that is accessible for all levels. This class will safely test your limits and help you reach a level that you didn’t know was possible. If you want to feel and look your best, you need to train with the best!

SCHOOL OF ROCK

Thursday
Sculpt and strengthen your Upper Body like never before. This HIT class combines the art of slow, controlled movements with the stimulus of heavier weights. This High Intensity training is designed to stimulate muscle growth no matter your fitness level.

ASSEMBLY

Friday
A blend of floor pilates and strength fusion. Low impact movements focusing on mind to muscle connection. Don’t be fooled, low impact doesn’t mean low intensity. Be ready to work in the unique class!

DETENTION

Saturday
Full body bootcamp sweat session to torch fat and build lean muscle. There will be various forms of cardio, resistance training, abs, and mobility exercises to make you feel better about the decisions you made last night…you could call it a hangover helper.

GROUNDED

Sunday
This class incorporates yoga postures, gentle movement sequences, breath work, supported silent meditation, and guided relaxation to support increased awareness and mindfulness of the breath and body, and quieting of the nervous system.
