To say that I have an obsession for health and fitness and giving my all to help others is the mildest description I can provide. Since I was old enough to run and catch a ball, I have been a multi-sport athlete. I carried that skill set and natural ability all the way to the collegiate level, where I played football. I absolutely loved the sport, but there was always something about the grind and the day-by-day progression of being in the weight room that I enjoyed even more. After my athletic career ended, I pursued a doctorate degree in chiropractic care and corrective exercise therapy.
Now, with 13+ years of weight training experience and expertise in a holistic approach to health, I have formulated a philosophy that can be adopted by anyone looking to improve their overall health and well-being, as well as their physique, to achieve desirable results and a better quality of life. I provide a variety of comprehensive, self-guided training programs that will aid in achieving your fitness goals. My programs contain detailed explanations of all exercises used, exercise substitutes, key concepts, terminology, success factors, warm-up and recovery protocols, and detailed splits with each day outlined for you to follow. Your health is an investment, not an expense.
